Investment & Implementation

Efestra is an organisational experimentation governance platform with expert implementation - not self-service software you configure alone.

Here's what investment looks like.

What Your Investment Includes

Before we discuss investment levels, it’s important to understand what you’re actually purchasing:

Platform + Implementation + Advisory. Efestra combines governance platform infrastructure with expert implementation support and ongoing advisory. You’re not left to configure software alone.

Governance that actually works. We work with you to design governance frameworks that fit your organisation’s culture, maturity, and strategic objectives. This requires executive sponsorship and organisational commitment – which is why it delivers results.

Who Should Be Reading This?

Executives (CPO, CMO, CFO)

You control experimentation budgets and need to restore confidence that testing spend delivers strategic value.

Heads of Product / Growth

You’re accountable for experimentation capability and have budget authority to invest in infrastructure.

Programme Managers / CoE Leads

You have direct access to executive stakeholders and authority to implement governance changes.

If You're a Practitioner Researching Solutions:

Efestra solves a governance problem that executives feel acutely but practitioners often don’t recognise until later. The investment levels below require executive buy-in and organisational commitment. This involves organisational change rather than just buying a piece of software.

Recommendation: Share our homepage with your CPO, CMO or Head of Product first. They’ll immediately recognise the Trust Gap we’re addressing. If it resonates, then come back to discuss investment together.

Answers to common questions about investing in Efestra.

1. How does pricing compare to our testing tools?

Efestra isn't comparable to testing tools - we sit above them. If you're spending £100K+ annually on Statsig, Eppo, Optimizely or other tools, governance infrastructure that ensures those tools produce strategic value is a fraction of that investment with dramatically higher ROI.

2. How is Efestra different from Notion, Airtable, or JIRA?

Those tools track that experiments happened. Efestra ensures experiments are strategically aligned, methodologically sound, and actually inform business decisions. Tracking tells you what happened. Governance ensures the right things happen in the first place.

3. Is this an ongoing subscription or one-time cost?

Annual investment covering platform access, updates, and ongoing advisory support. Governance isn't "set and forget" - it evolves as your organisation's experimentation capability matures.

4. How long does implementation take?

Initial governance framework: 4-8 weeks. Full organisational adoption: 3-6 months to a year. We phase implementation to deliver value quickly whilst building comprehensive capability over time.

5. Do we need to replace our existing testing tools?

No. Efestra integrates with your existing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, etc.). We're the governance layer above them, not a replacement for them.

6. What if we're just starting our experimentation programme?

Even better. Building governance infrastructure from the start is far easier than retrofitting it later. Foundation tier is designed for emerging programmes that want to scale properly from day one.
